  • Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel exhausting.

You might find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling on edge, struggling to get motivated, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. Even simple things can start to feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to get stuck in cycles that are hard to break on your own. I help clients understand what’s driving these patterns and work toward real, practical change. Together, we focus on building tools to manage anxious thoughts, improve mood, and regain a sense of control—while also addressing the deeper factors that may be keeping you stuck. Over time, the goal is to help you feel more steady, more engaged in your life, and more like yourself again.

  • Helping college students feel less overwhelmed, more focused, and back in control

You might be dealing with constant stress, overthinking, trouble keeping up with classes, or feeling like everyone else has it together while you’re struggling behind the scenes. Maybe your sleep is off, your motivation is low, or you can’t seem to shut your mind off at night. I work with college students to make sense of what’s going on underneath all of that—so you’re not just pushing through, but actually starting to feel more focused, grounded, and in control. My approach is practical and straightforward, helping you build tools you can use day-to-day, while also working through the deeper patterns that keep things stuck. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or not like yourself lately, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

  • Life transitions can feel overwhelming, even when they’re “supposed” to be positive.

Starting college, changing careers, ending a relationship, or stepping into a new role can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and a sense that things are off balance. You might find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, or feeling stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming. I help clients navigate these moments with more clarity and confidence—making sense of what’s changing, what matters most to you, and how to move forward in a way that feels grounded and intentional. Together, we focus on building stability in the middle of change, so you can adapt without losing yourself in the process.

  • Trauma doesn’t always look the way people expect.

It can show up as anxiety that won’t turn off, feeling constantly on edge, shutting down emotionally, or getting stuck in the same patterns in relationships. Even when you know something is in the past, your body and mind might still react like it’s happening now. I help people safely process those experiences so they’re not carrying them around every day. We work at a pace that feels manageable, helping your nervous system settle and allowing those memories to feel less intense and less in control of your life. Over time, clients often feel more grounded, more present, and more like themselves again—not just understanding their past, but no longer being stuck in it.

  • Break free from OCD and take back control of your life

You might find yourself stuck in intrusive thoughts that won’t go away, followed by urges to do certain behaviors or mental rituals just to get some relief. Even when you know it doesn’t fully make sense, the anxiety can feel too intense to ignore. I help clients break out of that cycle using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective treatment for OCD. Together, we gradually face the thoughts, situations, or feelings that trigger anxiety—while learning how to resist the compulsions that keep OCD going. Over time, this helps reduce the intensity of the thoughts and gives you back a sense of control, so OCD takes up less space in your day-to-day life.
